The San Joaquin Hills and Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agencies Board Meetings are held concurrently as one joint meeting. Board Meetings take place on the second Thursday of the month, unless otherwise noted, starting at 9:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) at 125 Pacifica, Irvine, California.
