Guidance for Public Access to the Board of Directors and Committee Meetings
California Governor Gavin Newsom issued Executive Order N-33-20 on March 19, 2020, for the preservation of public health and safety throughout the entire State of California and to heed the State public health directives from the Department of Public Health. The Governor’s Executive Order is found at the following URL: https://covid19.ca.gov/img/N-33-20.pdf. Pursuant to the Executive Order, to protect public health, the State Public Health Officer and Director of the California Department of Public Health have ordered all individuals living in the State of California to stay home or at their place of residence except as needed to maintain continuity of operations of the federal critical infrastructure sectors, as outlined at https://www.cisa.gov/identifying-critical-infrastructure-during-covid-19.
Also, on March 18, 2020, the County Health Officer issued an amended order and guidance directing the public to operate in compliance with social distancing guidelines issued by the California Department of Public Health. As a result of these orders, the Transportation Corridor Agencies headquarters located at 125 Pacifica, Irvine, California, have been closed. For purposes of limiting the risk of COVID-19 transmission, members of the public are highly encouraged to view Board and Committee Meetings via the internet. Members of the public may visit https://thetollroads.com/about/meetings-agendas to view live broadcasts of Board and Committee Meetings and may send comments for upcoming meetings by emailing email@example.com. Comments submitted before the start of Board and Committee Meetings will be part of the public record and distributed to the Board Members for their consideration.
The San Joaquin Hills and Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agencies Board Meetings are held concurrently as one joint meeting. Board Meetings take place on the second Thursday of the month, unless otherwise noted, starting at 9:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) at 125 Pacifica, Irvine, California.
