Board of Directors’ Meetings & Agendas
The San Joaquin Hills and Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agencies (aka Transportation Corridor Agencies or TCA) Board Meetings are held concurrently as one joint meeting. The Board Meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity for public comment.
Regular Board Meetings take place on the second Thursday of the month, unless otherwise noted, starting at 9:30 a.m. at the headquarters of the Transportation Corridor Agencies at 125 Pacifica, Irvine, California.

Public Comment Policy Update
At the discretion of the TCA Board Chairs, TCA implemented the following public comment procedures for the Joint Board of Directors meetings.
- The initial public comment period will be at the beginning of the Board Meeting.
- The time period for the initial public comments will be up to one (1) hour.
- Each speaker will have three (3) minutes to speak to be sure as many public speakers as possible are accommodated within the initial period of public comments that is set for one (1) hour.
- If necessary, there will be a second period of public comments scheduled after all Board business has been conducted, before any closed session items.
