The Toll Roads offer a variety of transponders to best fit the needs of our drivers. Whether you have a sticker or FasTrak Flex®, all transponders issued by The Toll Roads can be used to pay tolls on any tolled bridge, lane and road throughout California.
FasTrak Sticker Transponder
Best for drivers who primarily use The Toll Roads
FasTrak sticker transponders are the latest in electronic toll collection technology. Sticker transponders are small, durable and unobtrusive in your vehicle’s windshield.
FasTrak Flex Switchable Transponder
Best for regional carpoolers
FasTrak Flex switchable transponders have a small switch that can be moved to indicate the number of occupants in the vehicle. Participating facilities in California offer a carpool discount with a FasTrak Flex transponder. To see which facilities offer discounts, click here .
Headlamp Sticker Transponder
Best for vehicles with a metalized windshield
Headlamp transponders are adhered to your vehicle’s headlamp lens. Some vehicles are equipped with special windshields that contain metal in the glass (metal oxide). This metal may prevent windshield-mounted transponders from being read properly.
Motorcycle Sticker Transponder
Best for motorcyclists
Motorcycle transponders are small sticker transponders made specifically for motorcycle drivers. They are designed to be easily mounted to the headlamp lens or cover.
