Vincent Valdez serves as Chief Toll Operations Officer of the Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) – two joint power authorities formed by the California legislature in 1986 to plan, finance, construct and operate Orange County’s public toll road system comprised of SR 73, SR 133, SR 241 and SR 261 Toll Roads.

In this role, Valdez plans and directs toll services for the state’s largest system of toll roads, aimed at enhancing regional mobility that is focused on transportation solutions, serving as a member of the TCA Executive Team.

Valdez is responsible for the oversight of The Toll Roads Customer Service Center, which receives over 1 million calls annually and continues to earn outstanding customer service marks of 4.5 out of 5 stars in support of the 2.5 million accountholders who complete on average over 250,000 daily trips. He is also responsible for the Information Technology Department, which includes the planning, installation, procurement, integration and operation of all toll facilities.

Vincent Valdez brings more than 20 years of transportation management experience to TCA in a career that has included roles at private sector powerhouse Xerox and transportation industry leader Conduent. In his previous roles, he has led customer service, high-volume transaction and payment processing, and program management and systems development, while being responsible for oversight of budgets in excess of $100 million. He brings significant experience in toll-related operations to TCA with his breadth of knowledge in technology systems, customer service operations, contract management and toll violation enforcement.

As a recognized transportation leader, Valdez serves on the Board of Directors for the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association and Transportation Research Board (IBTTA).

Valdez is a graduate from Iona College in New Rochelle, New York with a focus on computer information sciences.
