small spacer

Persons wishing to submit a written request for records may utilize the following procedures for submitting a records request through the agency website.

Upon receipt of a request for a copy of public records, the Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency (“F/ETCA”) and/or San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency ("SJHTCA"), depending upon the content of the request, shall determine whether or not such request seeks copies of disclosable public records in the possession of the F/ETCA and/or the SJHTCA. Written notice of this determination shall be provided within ten (10) calendar days of receipt of the request pursuant to California Government Code Section 6253(c), except when there are unusual circumstances. Pursuant to Government Code Section 6253(c), in unusual circumstances the time limit for making a determination and providing written notice may be extended for no more than 14 days. In the written determination the agency shall state the estimated date when the records will be made available. If the request seeks hard copies, the public records will only be made available upon payment in advance of the costs of duplication. If the requesting party seeks only access to review the requested records, arrangements shall be made for said review during normal business hours.

There is a charge of $0.25 per page (black and white). Copy fees must be paid prior to releasing the documents.

To assist with your request, please identify each requested record/document separately. If it is not possible to identify the precise records, please identify the general content of the requested records. Please be as specific as possible. Non-specific inquiries may cause response to be delayed while your request is further defined.

Once the documents identified as being responsive to your records request are compiled, they will be available for 30 days after notification.
