Important Customer Advisory Regarding Nationwide Text Phishing Scam
The Toll Roads is advising drivers to disregard phishing texts being sent to their phones that detail a specific outstanding toll amount. If you receive a text and are unsure, The Toll Roads customers can verify valid text notifications by logging into their account. On the dashboard, scroll down to account security and click “Notification Verification” or use the direct link at https://secure.thetollroads.com/accounts/notification-verification.
If you receive a phishing text, please file a complaint at www.ic3.gov. This is a site dedicated to sharing information on Internet crimes across law enforcement agencies.
Cash Payment
Drivers can pay tolls, replenish their FasTrak® accounts and resolve violations with cash in person at one of the The Toll Roads’ Customer Service Walk-In Centers:

The Toll Roads have also partnered with PayNearMe to give drivers the option to pay tolls, replenish FasTrak accounts and resolve violations with cash at more than 40,000 participating retailers nationwide, including: 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Family Dollar, Walgreens, Walmart and more. PayNearMe has been processing payments for thousands of businesses and government agencies since 2009.

How to pay with cash:
- Resolve a violation
Present the Notice of Toll Evasion to the store clerk at participating locations. - Pay a toll
Visit our online toll payment page here, follow the prompts, select “cash” on payment screen and present the barcode to the store clerk at participating locations. - Replenish a FasTrak account
Log in to your account here, select "Payments,” select cash, and present the barcode to the store clerk.
Please note, a convenience fee is added by PayNearMe to each transaction at the time of payment.
