Cash Payment

Drivers can use cash to pay tolls, replenish accounts with The Toll Roads and resolve violations at our Customer Service Center conveniently located in the Irvine Spectrum area.

Hours: M-F, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Drivers can also pay a violation using cash at participating 7-Eleven locations. Visit for a list of participating retailers. Drivers must present their Notice of Toll Evasion when making a payment at 7-Eleven, only cash is accepted and a fee of $1.99 will apply to each payment.
