The Toll Roads' conservation grazing program at Live Oak Plaza helps to improve and maintain the quality of biodiversity at the site and helps reduce fuels and fire risk associated with nonnative vegetation.

In 1998, a 24-mile segment of the 241 Toll Road opened, connecting the 91 Freeway to Irvine. Twenty years later, the 241 Toll Road continues to provide drivers an alternative route to the congested 5 and 55 Freeways when traveling between Orange and Riverside Counties.
