What is the penalty for a toll road violation?

Each violation is assessed a $57.50 penalty in addition to the toll amount due.  

If you fail to respond to the first violation notice, a second violation notice will be mailed to you with an additional $42.50 penalty. Failure to respond to the second notice could result in a Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) hold being put on the vehicle's registration.
