I don’t have a bank account or credit card, how do I open an account?

The Toll Roads Invoice account option can be established and replenished with cash at The Toll Roads Customer Service Center at 125 Pacifica, Suite 120 Irvine, CA 92618.

Note: ExpressAccounts are being upgraded to FasTrak accounts. The name of the account is changing, but the payment method, account number and login information will remain the same. The transition will be complete by October 2, 2019.
