How do I close my account?

To close your account, log in to your account and select "Account Information." Then, select "Close Account" and follow the instructions. You can also call our Customer Service Call Center at 949-727-4800 (M-F, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sat, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Once your account is closed, there is a 21-day waiting period for refund processing, if applicable.
