How do I close my account?

To initiate the account closure process, log in to your account at TheTollRoads.com and select "Account Information." Then, select "Close Account" and follow the instructions. You can also close your account by calling our Customer Service Call Center at 949-727-4800 (Mon-Fri, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sat, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.). Once your account is closed, there is a 21-day waiting period for refund processing, if applicable.
