FasTrak® Sticker Installation Instructions
Clean Interior Windshield
Clean and dry the inner surface of the windshield where the sticker transponder will be placed.
Carefully Peel the Sticker
Carefully peel the backing from the sticker. Avoid touching the adhesive and keep the sticker as flat as possible to avoid breaking the antennae.
Adhere the Sticker
Place the sticker in one of the three indicated positions, in the lower left-hand corner, lower right-hand corner or behind the rearview mirror on the inside of the windshield.
Do not move a sticker transponder once it has been installed. It will break and become unusable.
Update Your Account
Make sure the vehicle’s license plate is registered to your account to avoid violation. To log in to your account, click here.
Do you have a metalized windshield?
If you have a metalized windshield, you may need a headlamp sticker transponder. Some vehicles are equipped with special windshields that contain metal in the glass (metal oxide). This metal may prevent windshield-mounted transponders from being read properly. Certain vehicles with metalized windshields have a small “cut-out” where transponders can be mounted. Please refer to your vehicle's owner’s manual for more information.
If I have, both, a sticker and a FasTrak Flex transponder mounted inside my vehicle, will I be charged twice?
