The Toll Roads is advising drivers to disregard phishing texts being sent to their phones that detail a specific outstanding toll amount. If you receive a text and are unsure, The Toll Roads customers can verify valid text notifications by logging into their account. On the dashboard, scroll down to account security and click “Notification Verification” or use the direct link at https://secure.thetollroads.com/accounts/notification-verification.

What information do I need to pay my toll(s) online?
To pay a toll online, you need your license plate number and the date(s) you drove The Toll Roads.
Don't worry if you aren’t sure where you entered or exited The Toll Roads, you can select the "Calculate My Toll(s) For Me" option. Or, under the "I’ll Calculate My Toll(s)" option select "Unknown" from the drop down menu as your entry and exit point.
What is PayNearMe?
The Toll Roads have partnered with PayNearMe to give drivers the option to pay tolls, replenish FasTrak® accounts and resolve violations at more than 40,000 participating retailers nationwide, including: 7-Eleven, CVS Pharmacy, Family Dollar, Walgreens, Walmart and more.
The Toll Roads have partnered with PayNearMe to give drivers the option to pay tolls, replenish FasTrak® accounts and resolve violations with cash at participating 7-Eleven, CVS and Walmart locations nationwide. PayNearMe has been processing payments for thousands of businesses and government agencies since 2009.

How do I pay tolls on The Toll Roads?
Tolls incurred on The Toll Roads can be paid using:
- FasTrak® Account – FasTrak is a preestablished account that can be used to pay tolls electronically on every tolled bridge, lane and road in California. Learn more about FasTrak.
- FasTrak Prepaid – Tolls are prepaid and eligible for a discount.
- FasTrak Charge – Tolls are charged individually to the credit card on file
No Account, No Problem. Tolls can be paid at TheTollRoads.com or via The Toll Roads app within five days before or five days after driving The Toll Roads. Click here to pay a toll.
Tolls can be paid with cash at our Customer Service Walk-In Center located at 125 Pacifica, Irvine, CA (Mon-Fri 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.).
Drivers can also pay tolls with cash using PayNearMe. To do so, visit TheTollRoads.com, click “Pay Toll Now,” follow steps, select “cash” on payment screen, receive barcode, present barcode to store clerk. Is there a penalty for drivers who do not pay their toll(s)?
If a driver does not have an account and does not pay their toll(s) within five days before or after driving, a violation will be processed for each transaction. A violation penalty will be assessed in addition to the toll, consistent with our current policy for non-payment.
I am trying to pay a toll online, but do not know my entry and exit points. How can I pay?
If you aren’t sure where you entered or exited The Toll Roads, you can select the "Calculate My Toll(s) For Me" option. Or, under the "I’ll Calculate My Toll(s)" option select "Unknown" from the drop down menu as your entry and exit point.
I drove The Toll Roads but the five days to pay online has passed, what can I do now?
You should receive a Notice of Toll Evasion in the mail soon. If it was your first time driving The Toll Roads without paying, the notice will include information about how to pay the toll only (without penalties).
I paid my toll(s) using the online payment option but still received a violation. How can I resolve this?
Log in to the Violation Resolution page using the reference and violation numbers listed on the payment stub of your Notice of Toll Evasion. You will also need the confirmation number you received after paying your toll online. Once logged in, go to the bottom of the page and select "Apply a Paid Toll" if you've paid a toll for the trip and believe you've received a Notice of Toll Evasion in error.
How can I avoid getting a violation if I drove The Toll Roads, but do not have an account?
You can pay tolls via our online toll payment option within 5 days before or five days after driving The Toll Roads. It may be used as often as needed. You can also pay a toll using The Toll Roads app.
